Only a single PBX is supported and it should have AVIOID = 1 ==== Huntgroups ==== Queue is the queue number, Queuename is the name in the PBX (need to be exact to fetch correct data), Actual Queue is used if you always overflow calls to a different queue and agents never login to the defined queue. Actual Queue will then be used to trace logins. Trace logins is used to trace login/logouts on the queue to track how many agents are available on a queue.
