About
WorkMan HVS Voice is the SIP-based voice service in a WorkMan HVS system.
Dialplan
The SIP-IVR has an internal dialplan that is used to perform different actions and the PBX should only transfer required calls to the IVR.
- 1001 - Useraccount for PBX connection
- 1900 - Main extension for wakeup calls (create a shortocde e.g. *88 to "1900@ip-address" in your PBX)
- 1901 - Extension for registering cleaningcodes (create a shortcode in PBX and notify cleaningstaff about the code to use)
- 1902 - TBA (Extension to use for transfer to room from external phonenumbers)
- 1907 - Test number, echoes what you say
- 1908 - Extension used for wakeup calls
- 1909 - Records voice for custom prompts
