WorkMan CC is a suite of fairly complex applications and it can be quite hard to troubleshoot. To be able to help you with your installation we have provided with step by step instructions to make your day easier.
Server
Installation
Configuration
- Start up WorkMan CC Admin on the computer where the WorkMan CTI server is installed.
- Open up Configuration - PBX
- In the overview-page modify the MAIN PBX to suite your environment
- If you are installing on IP Office then add additional record under IP Office - Overview
- Make sure you enter the IP-address of the PBX
- Click on Auto Import in the IP Office toolbar
