About
WorkMan HVS is a fairly advanced installation since it require many parties to be included namely:
- You (reseller)
- Us (WorkManSoft/manufacturer of WorkMan HVS)
- Supplier of PMS-system
- Customer (the hotel)
- Tech-staff from customer
Requirements
Windows Requirements
- Open TCP and UDP ports both directions between server and PBX.
- 2 GB memory or more is recommended.
- 2 GHz or faster processor.
- At least 10 GB of free space on C-drive.
- QoS - Quality of Service for SIP traffic is recommended.
- For serial/COM-port you must either have physical port or use a Moxa-box (or similar).
Windows Versions
These can run on a physical server or a virtualized one. Only issue when running virtualized is when using serial COM-port to communicate to PMS. This can be overcome by Moxa-box. All applications are 32-bit but run on 64-bit editions of Windows.
Recommended OS
- Windows 2019
- Windows 11
- Windows 10
Obsolete OS
Earlier versions of these was tested ok, but will no longer be tested.
- Windows 2008 R2, supported with SLA
- Windows 2008
- Windows 2003
- Windows 8, supported with SLA
- Windows 7, supported with SLA
- Windows Vista
- Windows XP
Licenses needed with Avaya IP Office
- 3rd party TAPI
- SIP-trunk licenses.
- Contact your Avaya-reseller for any additional licenses that might be needed.
