WorkMan HVS - Hoist Hotsoft

Setup in WorkMan HVS

• The protocol being used is DIP in serial RS232 mode.
• Create a virtual com port pair and have the telephony interface from Hoist Hotsoft on same machine as WorkMan HVS.

Setup in Hoist Hotsoft telephony interface

• Use serial interface and the protocol DOR1, Doro Index (HotSoft Protocol - Draft Ver 0.2)
