- If there is no callerid on incoming call then we shouldn't try to find a match on a website.
- If the callerid is less than 7 characters on incoming call then we shouldn't try to find a match on a website since this is probably an internal call.
- Flash to hitta.se didn't work properly, this has been fixed.

- Save and restore where the form is placed, worked in earlier versions?
+ It's now possible to use a text-file named ddi.dat that contains DDI in the shape of <ddi>=Text e.g. 200=Welcom to main. This will be used while popping incoming calls to specific huntgroups.
* Hint on incoming call is now internationalized
